The location.
I got a double queen bed when I paid for a king room. I was not told upon arrival that I would not be getting the room I paid for and they were booked and couldn’t accommodate me. I got up to the room, it smelt like a sweaty man with cologne had just been there, the shower head was broken, it had a cockroach in it. Was told that since I booked through a third party that I wasn’t guaranteed a room I paid for which is nowhere in the booking.com policy.

Bedroom was comfy. Rooms were clean! Tv worked well, had a cool view of the rollercoasters as well! Didn't make breakfast, accidentally overslept but my friends went and said it was delicious! Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.
I didn't like the short breakfast time window, Wish it was a little longer of a time frame but other than that, everything was fabulous. Also have to PAY FOR PARKING- Didn't know this ahead of time.

The property is very good and is in a good location.
When it was time to have breakfast at the cafeteria it became a challenge, the lady in charge of the food, I think her name is LYDIA, really needs some customer service training, even though the food is included, it seemed as if we were begging for food or it bothered her when we asked her questions, or even in the way she looked at us as if it bothered her that we were there, that was really the most unpleasant thing about our stay at the hotel.

Pleasant
The room was a decent size and clean upon arrival. Location was close to the attractions we were attending. Not very noisy.
Upon arrival the AC in the room was not working, waited a bit and rather than move us to another room they replaced the unit. Wifi was absolutely terrible, phones and computers had a very hard time connecting and the continental breakfast was definitely worth the price of free, we chose not to go back the second morning.
