Wonderful
The amenities were fantastic, including the pool, fitness room, and breakfast. The pool water and surrounding area were very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was a welcome addition. We appreciated having the towels available poolside. The breakfast offered several options and convenient hours. The renovated fitness room was terrific. As someone who exercises daily, the number of strength and cardio options was a perfect fit for my routine. Parking was free and not far from the entrance. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept.
The only cons I encountered was the musty smell of the room, the noise from the adjacent roadway (our room was facing the main road), and the lack of coffee and tea in the lobby area (the options in the room sufficed).

Disappointing
The location was good and size of the suite was okay .Further cleanliness was there .
Took money from me and promised to provide a packed breakfast as I need to catch up the flight early morning but didn't not provide and I was also not after the breakfast as I already told you that I had to catch up the flight . My main grudge was that they totally ignored the receipt or hotel reservation issued by Booking.com and insisted to cancel the hotel reservation as their argument was that they have not received a notice from Booking.com or the message didn't pop up in their PMS system and they totally ignored my argument even after showing all emails sent by Booking.com to me in my Gmail account. Finally they checked me in only after paying again through my debit card and told me that Booking.com has agreed to cancel the hotel reservation and would refund the money paid earlier through the credit card of my son Mr Abhyudaya Shamsher Maskey.

Good breakfast included with your stay. Beds were comfortable.
Bathroom sink faucet was too short so your hand hit the sink in order to wash them.
