Very clean and comfortable.
I did not receive my wake up call. If I had not set my own alarm, I would have missed my flight. No trash can in bathroom area, no shampoo so I couldn’t wash my hair, no light over shower, and no exhaust fan in bathroom.

Juan at the front desk took good care of me after I was stranded in Orlando with no luggage. Breakfast was good.
Bed pillows too soft and lobby furniture was pretty sparse.

Poor shuttle service!! One shuttle every 30 minutes. Multiple guest kept getting bumped to next shuttle. People getting upset because we told desk time we needed shuttle. Desk overbooked. Also, when call front desk to get picked up from airport, I was put on hold & agent never came back on phone.

The property was clean and didn’t a good location. Close to restaurants and the airport.
$17 a day plus tax for parking was not mentioned in the booking process. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. Had we had stayed multiple nights this would’ve been a significant charge.

The hotel was very convenient for the airport via a regular shuttle service. It is clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful and friendly
Could do with refurbishment it’s a bit dated. There isn’t a bar or restaurant, but on the plus side there are restaurants that can be walked to nearby
