Location and amenities were great for our young kids.
We had to sit in the lobby for over an hour after our check-in because our room wasn't ready.
The hotel is not easy to get around with a stroller or wheelchair, there are stairs everywhere and very tight doors and halls.
Staff is unapologetic for issues

The resturant in the hotel was very good everybody was very nice and the rooms are very nice The shuttle is great and location of the hotel if it was good
The only thing I didnt like was it they charge me for parking when we didnt even have a car and it took several phone calls and a few days to get the refund back and I hope I got it back.

The staff were all great.The bartender Scott was the best bartender I have ever seen. The rest of the staff was attentive and quickly responsive even though our experience with the hotel and room itself was terrible.
When we arrived it was a bad experience. We booked a king size bed room and when we got there we were told they didn't have one available and we would have to take a room with 2 queens. Also the room was disgusting, dirty and had blood stains in it.

The bartender by the poolside. He is the ONLY reason why I keep coming back.
This hotel has gone down tremendously. Old furniture some of it is dirty. Black ants in the bathroom. You get harassed by staff everyday during Happy Hour. Elevators and lobby floor was sticky and filthy. The manager should be fired.

Staff friendless and willing to help in certain areas
Our room smelled like urine had to wait an entire day before we were moved.Breakfast omelet station manned by a nice but very slow cook,waited on line 45 min to get our omelet by the time we got our omelets the other room where potatoes,fruit etc was shut

The food for the Buffay was terrible the room was terrible very uncomfortable couch amount from staff was not very friendly this hotel game of room away before I got there Thomas me another room when I come back to get something to eat and do not do that

Awesome location, great staff, nice pool area and bar!
Breakfast could have been better, more variety. Also our room had a mildew smell. Not a deal breaker since we brought Lysol and air freshener.
