The employees were unbelievably helpful! They were so friendly and then they went above and beyond when I dropped my cell phone through the elevator door shaft! Joe and Tea stopped the elevator and got into the shaft in order to retrieve it for me while making sure everyone was doing so safely. They remained calm and positive throughout the whole experience and I do not know of any other hotel that would have gone to such lengths!
