The location
It was dirty. The staff were rude. They were not flexible. I was in line for the evening drinks. There were only one other couple in front of me. I was on the wrong side of side of the line. Others were lining up. The bar tender said I was in the wrong side. He told me next time get in the right line. Granted, I was not in the right spot. However, at the time, no one was in line.
The bus driver asked me a question about CA taxes. I replied, I didn’t know what the taxes were. He said, how can you not know what taxes you pay. Maybe he is right, but I found it unprofessional.

Rooms are nice hotel was very clean....
The food was horrible and asking for extra linens was like being interrogated. You don't get complimentary nothing, I did not enjoy my one night at all , charged to park for one night is crazy

Location so close to airport. A lot of restaurants around area. Great for families. Room was spacious. Free breakfast was great. Had toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap). Free shuttle to airport. Service was excellent!
It's a little dated but still cozy.
