The location is awesome perfect right near everything at icon Park.
It was dirty the manager was less than friendly and compassionate. The room was full of mold the pool has not seen chlorine in months. The bartender, rude elevator had food on the floor extremely disappointed.

The carpets were dirty with stains, one chair had brown a stains were something was spilt. Felt kinda dirty for the amount money we spent. Over all was okay. Staff were nice rooms had everything they needed. We Just didn't fill comfortable walking around barefoot.

This is my Hotel of choice when traveling for the weekend . Its clean, roomy, comfy, walking distance to great retreatants, fun tings to do.. Breakfast is great as well.

Room was quiet and comfortable.
There was construction going on that limited the use of some amenities. Wish they would have informed us about this when the room was booked. Also not very thrilled that I had to pay an additional $18 a day to park my vehicle. That should be included with the cost of the room.

We just love the feel of this Embassy. Staff is always awesome and we love the new look of their renovated rooms (so nicely done - can’t wait to see the rest when finished). Also you guys have a great breakfast (granted this time it wasn’t in the dining area but totally understand it’s being renovated).
We love the location as it’s minutes away from Universal (driving wise) but also walking distance to restaurants, shops and more.

Location and breakfast
They were doing renovations and it was very noisy from all that construction. I didn't get but 2 hours sleep at night. I left the next day and went to another hotel. They didn't even tell anyone that they were doing renovations before they came.

Liked room but we were on 5 th floor and they were remodeling the floor above us snd it was nosey all day. We were stuck in Orlando because of the ice storm. We complained about it but they said nothing could be done about it. We had spent all day Sat. St airport and had already unpacked for three day stay there.
Live breakfast buffet snd happy hour.
Why they woukd out people directly under construction I do not know.
