The lobby was everything.
For the price the rooms really needs to be renovated, especially the bathrooms and the sofa beds. My sofa bed have pee stains on sheets and mattress like it was never changed. The staff doesn’t even say hello when entering the lobby. I’ve stayed there before would the love to return but a lot of renovations in the rooms need to be done.

The location of the hotel was great and walking distance to Icon Park and many restaurants. The layout of the hotel was also very easy to find your way around with balcony lookout over the restaurant bar from each floor.
The rooms were not great, the layout fine, although washroom very pokey and small. However, the furniture inside was rotting and broken, with the surfaces peeled and old. The TVs were old and damaged screens too. There were also sights of ants and bugs, which made the stay very uncomfortable having to put suitcases above on desks, coffee tables and chairs due to being conscious that we didn’t want these bugs to get into our personal items. This is not satisfactory at all. When complained to the hotel staff, we were offered someone to spray the room with pesticides and they didn’t have availability the same day move us to a different room. It’s toxic to sleep in a room with pesticides just sprayed! The hotel staff agreed that the rooms and furniture were dated and old and the hotel would soon be going through a whole refurbishment, however we shouldn’t have to suffer for that and it made our stay not comfortable to be in our room. I wouldn’t go there again.

Nice corner room.
Staff is rude. Don’t even bother to try and order from restaurant there. Takes forever and not very good. The manager’s reception is a joke.
