The bartender & breakfast staff were really nice. The hotel was in a great location as it was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.
The hotel could use some upgrades, rooms looked slightly outdated.The sofa bed was uncomfortable & old.

The location and easy access to ICIN park. Every restaurant was within walking distance. The hotel had a place to get tickets to different events for a very good price.
I did6like the fact that my microwave was broken.

Big room ,comfy beds and very clean . Great breakfast and bar tender very good and entertaining in the evening time. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Plenty of parking and location is great. The price is great considering the breakfast buffet and free evening drinks . Overall a very well run,clean hotel with very good employees
The overall decor is a bit dark and tired but very clean . Needs to be lightened up with lighter colours and blinds,but it's not a criticism.

They were close to Universal.
The pool was filthy disgusting and there was people in the pool throwing a ball at the glass windows and at each other, not caring about other kids close by.

It was great, breakfast great selection of food. And vouchers for drink at the bar was a nice idea. Only one thing, could have been more staff at the bar for happy hour. Always a queue.. but overall I would definitely go back..
Just in the bedroom , it was noisy. But staff accommodated us and moved us to another room. Which was fine..

Excellent location - walking distance to restaurants and icon park, midway between Disney and Universal.
Spacious parking

Large rooms - corner suites were big and somewhat clean (though carpets could be better)
Rooms desperately need renovation - old, overused furnishings.
No complimentary water - only tap water which is not ideal for international guests.
Limited breakfast options,
Excessive noise - biggest issue:
- loud lobby and bar at night (could be heard up to the 8th floor)
- open ballroom doors allowed party noise to spread through the hotel
- even minor sounds (like dishes clinking) were noticeable
This hotel has a prime location, but the outdated rooms and constant noise - especially at night -make it hard to fully relax. Good for short stays if you prioritize location over comfort.
