The breakfast was good. Except for the bartender, the staff was friendly, when they were available.
The couch in the living room was so uncomfortable it was unusable. Maybe it works as a sleeper bed but as a couch it’s a collapsing hole and instant backache. The living room chairs, the only other place to sit, were stained with what looked like dried over liquid. The television was so old it had 12 white lights burning through the pictures on every channel.The eaterie had no staff so even to purchase one soda you have to wait on the long lines in the lobby where people are checking in. The bartender wouldn’t accept my happy hour ticket for one drink just minutes after seven, after I’d been there at the Manager’s reception at least a half hour before. Several seating spaces throughout the lobby were too stained to sit at. I couldn’t believe this was a Hilton.

Bathroom shower ughh just look at room 225. 3 stars all day no disrespect but terrible for your standard. No issues other them put some money back into this place it an embarrassment to your brand!!!!

How clean it was, the vibes, the room itself.
The bathrooms can be redone. The tub was stained, and so was the floor. The beds were full size, which meant my husband and I could not sleep in the same bed.

1- Take 200$ from visa card as caution, and should wait many days to be refunded (we didn't got it yet).
2- TV isn't smart and Chromecast isn't available too, so we couldn't use it.

Great location right on International Drive, perfect for outings and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The bed was also super comfortable – we slept very well!
Some of the staff, however, came across as quite reserved and not very welcoming at times.
