The people. Staff were amazing. BOOKING.com had an issue and they vouchered our dinner took responsibility even though not their error. Always friendly, every person!
Room was musty, no fan in bathroom. I think connected. My dad is very sick today and Im sure its mold related. I even moved him to the less musty room. : (

It was nice and in a good location.
The rooms were cold and my drain plug for the shower/tub was laying in the bathtub not attached to the tub.

I had to be shuttled around to several rooms because the room I prepaid to upgrade to was not available (and no monetary adjustment was offered) they gave me a standard room instead and the first one was full of mold. The second room’s heater did not work
