Disappointing
The first two days we had no room service. Everytime we left we had to have or keycard redone to gain entry to the room. The TV did not work, and there were no internet jacks in the room. Hotel pictured did not match to one I was in.

The first one the personal front desk , the doors of room is no secure, the bedroom is terrible , no phone, no microwave, no refrigerator and is terrible I change 2 time the rooms,
The other I dont feel very secure because around the people smoke wheat , is terrible I never more rent this hotel

They charge me a deposit the hotel look rundown the room musty and smell like smoke even though we request a non smoking and there was no phone in the room

The location was perfect
Well, they wanted a deposit with a card that's the first , Usually, they do deposit when you pay with cash. Also, the one thing I am trying to figure out is why you need a deposit when your card is on file? If their is any damage after that person stay there, they usually charge your card. If I am wrong, correct me.

The location was nice
I didnt like the fact that our room didnt have a refrigerator,no microwave that makes no sense whats if I wanted to heat something to eat how would I get it .this is the first time I have been at a hotel for two days and got that type of treatment.

Only positive I have is the location. My family and I traveled 12 hours to get to our vacation spot, and were here a day early and needed to crash. They had a room and thats the plus!
Rude front desk, sketchy people hanging out outside and inside, room smelled so bad like an ash tray, my wife slept with a shirt over her nose, and it was OBVIOUS, cleaning was NOT, a priority.
