Everything about the property was amazing. The cleanliness and the staff! The location was not too far from the amusement parks as well.
Only thing I did not like was the limited parking. We had to park several buildings away from where our room was located.

They put me in an adjoining room so we heard everything the other room was doing and would keep us up … the door to the room was broken.. you couldn’t use the balcony of the room. The toilet didn’t flush correctly

This is my favorite property to stay at when I come to visit the Disney parks. The location puts you about 15 minutes away from the parks, very close to shops and dining. The property has basketball courts, playgrounds, pools at both this location and its sister property across the way. The rooms are spacious, clean, stocked with everything you need and includes a washer and dryer! This will continue to be our go to location when staying in Orlando.
I wish they served coffee at the store on site or maybe in the lobby so you can fuel up for a busy day.

Bed was massive, had a bath in the middle of the room,
After check in your are sent to the concierge desk to get your parking pass once you have that they try and get you to go to a presentation about grand hilton vacation clubs for 2hrs and you will receive $250 and a 7 night stay in any hilton world wide but it's actually them trying to sell you a timeshare once I got in the room and read the documents I realised this so I called down to front desk cancel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL if you want to sleep at night or value your privacy in any way! I have stayed at many a hotel, but never had an experience like I had at this Hilton. Upon entering, while getting your parking tag, they attempt to coerce you into a some sort of presentation that seems like a timeshare sale. They are quite pushy about it. Once you get to your room, it is clean; however, you’ll be able to hear EVERY SINGLE word from the occupants next door, I was unable to sleep. My neighbors were speaking at a reasonable volume and I heard what they were eating for dinner (apparently ham sandwiches). I was hearing them walk. I was hearing plates and forks clinking together, and the sound of food wrappers opening. It was ridiculous. The hotel’s attempt to remedy the lack of sound barrier was to add a sign telling everyone to be quiet between the hours of 10pm and 6 am. My husband and I ended up whispering to one another because every word we said would be heard. This was unacceptable and the hotel was not helpful in refunding the night as it was reserved through Booking.com. They did end up changing our room to one without out an occupant next-door, but could not promise the adjacent room would stay unoccupied. Additionally there are no elevators so be mindful of that. But they will help with transporting luggage if needed. We ended up only staying one night and paying for another hotel for the remaining of our stay. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.
