Pushed a timeshare presentation to get a parking pass. The hotel was noisy at night and early morning with doors slamming and people talking outside

Had everything I needed for a comfortable week long stay.
There seemed to be a lot of people mulling about the parking lot for odd reasons. Keeping to themselves and not an issue, just kinda odd.
The "quiet hours" just seemed to apply to appliances and not children.

The room and the hotel was CLEAN! The staff was smiling and friendly. Anything we needed all we had to do was text the front desk. I will stay at this resort again for sure! It was safe, plenty to do and a great location.

It was near everything, shops, Disney, outlets, restaurants. Good area.
They dont have one bedrooms, only studio. Nevertheless, my partner and I enjoy the time spent there.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Security. Clean.
Room was humid and stuffy even when keeping the AC on all night. Lose electrical outlets. Small TV. Bed was uncomfortable, but it wasnt too bad with the foam topper we brought with us.

Location, comfortable bed, amenities.
The rooms that have a door connection have no form of sound proof so you can 100% hear other rooms. The resort fees are dumb for people who never intend to use the resort stuff or can't even due to bad weather. Employees trying to sell you their timeshare

The hotel was great, and much better than expected! The room was a great size. We didnt use the amenities, but there were so many great things offered! They even have shuttle service to all of the theme parks.

Place was amazing and helped me out while I had issues with another resort. very great locations walking distance to almost anything in the area a few minutes from disney property and very clean and nice. parking was only problem and no elevator

It was conveniently located near the theme parks as well as Disney springs. The staff was very accommodating. We got a two bedroom which was very clean and modern. Even with the $45 Resort fee, it was a very reasonable price for Orlando.

LOCATION!!!! This property is amazing! This was our 7th time staying here and we have never had any problems. Very comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Beds are the best!
