The staff was friendly and the location is perfect. The volcano pool was pretty neat too.
My biggest issue was the tub. We booked this room because there was supposed to be a jacuzzi tub in the room. And there was a big tub, but there were no jacuzzi jets. There was even a label on the tub that said "Jacuzzi Whirlpool," but no jets. It was just a big tub in the middle of the room. And then when we went to fill it up, we thought we didn't have any hot water. The front desk sent maintenance up, and as it turns out, it took us two times of filling the tub up before the hot water even started to run.
You should know that when you book the rooms with the "jacuzzi" tubs, you give up all privacy because the only part of the bathroom that has a door is the toilet. Which you can kind of see from the photos of the room when you book, but it doesn't really show you how teeny tiny that room with the toilet is. I was traveling with a child, and she did not like going in that bathroom because of how small it was. So, you can imagine how I felt trying to fit in there.
And then there was the parking. I didn't run into any issues with construction in the parking lot, but there was simply just not enough parking available. The front desk tells you that there's not enough parking, and they say to call them for help if you can't find parking close to your room. For somebody with a lower back issue who was traveling alone with their child, the fact that I had to park so far away from my room was a problem.
Finally, there were issues with my booking itself. The property did not want to honor the extra bonuses I had paid for, and didn't try to contact management or booking.com to get it resolved. Also, after checking out, I realized they had given me an extra charge on top of my payment for the room and the deposit. I'm still in the process of figuring out what the extras charge was for.

Pool is great. Perfect location 15mins from both parks. In the room there are pool towels. Shower towels and face cloths. Water and ice dispenser. The on site shop and cafe is great.
