Close to entertainment & restaurants, lots of parking, easy property to access, fast WiFi, good lounge hours, friendly staff & very clean.

The location was good. In the center of everything
The fragrance they used seemed like it was trying too hard to cover a bad smell. Very strong the moment you walked in the building. Dust was on the coffee pot and light fixtures. Only 2 towels were provided. Curtain didn't close all the way so there was a gap of light in the mornings. TV was in a weird position from the bed so we had to turn to watch it instead of watching from straight on. Bed wasn't made well. Looked rushed and blankets were just stuffed under mattress sloppily.

the location
the fact that the room that i choose online was not available to me and the staff at the front desk was dismissive to my compplaint and never even thought to check for other similar rooms at other properties. there was no batteries in the remote for 2 days so we could not look at the television. we did not get fresh towels or have the room cleaned either. the price was not adjusted to fit the room that i was in and i would not ever suggest this property to anyone.
