Every employee was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, as expected.
Free shuttle was nice. Would have been nice for a hotel pick up but it was just a short walk(equivalent to a couple clocks probably) to the next hotel for pick up.
Pool area was clean. Would be nice to be open a little later considering parks close at 9 and they closed the pool at 10 which didn’t give much time once back to the hotel to relax after a long day at the park.
Our air conditioner rattled. They came to look at it immediately after we called about it but but we opted to just deal with it. It didn’t seem like there would be anything that could be done in the short term.

Close to parks, friendly staff.
The carpets looked extremely dirty & my washcloths were stained & looked dirty. However, I requested new cloths & they brought them immediately along with all fresh towels. Also, our room was stuffy no matter how low we turned the heat & didn’t have any type of fan.

Good variety for breakfast, room comfortable.
Reported that a guest had put her used cup over/on the water spout in lobby multiple times and staff did nothing. Water should have immediately been removed.

The breakfast was great and the pool and Jacuzzi and bed was comfy ☺️
Just wanted some real eggs for breakfast and the Jacuzzi can be more hotter it was about 78 degrees needs to be like 90 at least.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great, and I really liked that it was included. It was a nice bonus! The Staff member who checked us in was really nice, I really liked her! Overall, a nice place, especially for the price.
It was a bit hard to see the turn to get in, as the turn into the parking lot was after the sign for the hotel. I think information about the offered shuttle to Universal needs to be more clear. I couldn't find anything about it on the website except that it existed.

The toilet needed repair. It ran continuously while we were there and we had to keep fixing something in the tank to get it to stop.

The hotel supposedly had water issues and we had no hot water for a period of time, toilet could not flush for awhile and water wasn't draining out the sink.

The staff checking you in were so nice and helped in anyway they could also couldn’t be more happier about the room I asked for a handicapped room with a service dog and the young lady behind the desk made sure it got done would definitely go back for another stay
Not really to much staffs fault but people coming in from late night hours very rude very loud and leaning on others doors to there rooms

Place was great, bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the hot tub was closed too early. People come from the parks wanting to sit in the hot tub for a few minutes.
