I was on the third floor in room 304. The room was perfect; there was very little noise. The room service and housekeeping were excellent. I really and truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was delicious.
I love everything about this hotel.

Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Shuttle to Universal near by. Uber to park was $5-10.
Wish they had bottled water or a water bottle filling station. But otherwise it was very nice. We were very comfortable and happy.

Friendly staff. Super comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Wine and beer available at the desk. Hot tub was hot.
Low quality toilet paper. Not enough regular coffee packs in the room for a 4 night stay.

The staff was extraordinary in their manner and responsiveness. Katrina at the front desk went over and above to be helpful and correct an error made by Booking.com. The hotel manager also was helpful and respectful. Our stay at Comfort Suites near Universal in Orlando, Fl couldn't have been better.

Enjoyed the breakfast, utilized the fitness facility one day, and the staff was very friendly.
We got to our room and put our bags down after a long travel day, only to find out that the toilet didn't flush and the water was not draining in the sink. My father has mobility issues, so it was a little bit of a hassle to move to another room, but I'm glad the staff quickly acknowledged and fixed the problem.
