the airport shuttle we waited over an hour for him to come. we called the hotel 6 times and each time said he was on his way. on the last time I called they said 5 minutes. driver took long time to get to the hotel. and was on his phone the whole way. the hotel was only 6 miles away from hotel he drove all over and finally got there. very disappointed and hotel knew we were mad!!!!

we waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle. called 6 times and always the same answer.. he will be there in a few minutes. finally called and said Do you even have a hotel shuttle? he said 5 minutes. the driver took 30 minutes to get to the hotel !

Our room was very clean and spacious. Beds were so comfortable and linens were clean and fresh. Very good breakfast with a variety of selections. Reception personnel were extremely friendly and professional upon check in and check out. We were satisfied with our stay and would stay here again. Airport shuttle was a plus and the driver was so helpful.

Bed was comfortable and overall clean, just awkward layout and breakfast ok. Not my favorite, but price was good. Get what you pay for
The huge empty room when you first walk n felt awkward. It split the huge bathroom and the rest of the couch and beds and felt awkward. I didnt have a home and comfy feeling bc what was that space? Room for a volleyball team with sleep bags?

The staff, location, and Park and Ride were the reasons I stayed at this facility twice. I would stay there again
There are absolutely no restaurants close by. I had to drive 2-3 miles for fast food. The surrounding neighborhood was somewhat run down. That is my main criticism. Even with that, I would return
