I stayed at the Castle Hotel Autograph Collection and paid $35/day for hotel parking. After one night, I discovered my car door paint was damaged while parked in their lot. The damage repair quote is over $2000, yet the hotel staff refused to help or even provide a contact for liability claims.
There was no security review, no accountability, and no effort to assist me. For a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable. If you care about your vehicle or expect basic responsibility from a premium hotel, do NOT stay here. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and the process was made worse due to a lack of hotel communication.
