We enjoyed the hotel and its facilities; location was ok but a little far from all the attractions. Not walkable at all. Make sure rent a car or uber it.
The food at the market to be very poor, with most options being frozen and unhealthy. I experienced severe stomach pain throughout my stay. Additionally, there were limited dining options at certain times. While the breakfast and steakhouse were satisfactory, the food at the Market and Bar was quite unappetizing. I didn't see much games for kids and activities. Furthermore, I was taken aback by the extra charge for TV; it was $38 for just 2 hours of viewing. I pay only $8 monthly for my Netflix, so that seemed excessive. I expected access to the TV to be complimentary, especially since there were so few options available. I didn't see much games for kids and activities. I didn't have a chance to use it because the GYM closed very early. Most of the hotels are opens until 12 am.

It was less than a 15 minute drive to Disney. Secure parking lot. Quiet hotel. Valet and concierge were very helpful.
Not much that I didn’t like but there wasn’t a lot of parking in the evening on my last night there. It took me 20 mins to find parking which was far away from my room and being woken up by cleaners at 9 am.

I have been there before 2 times. Pool is nice, the room is decent. The view over the pool is nice. Facilities are generally clean. It is conveniently located.
I got a text asking me to rate my stay, I gave a 3 because my room was passed over for a clearning. I was asked what would make it better, I said having my room cleaned. I was told it would be done immediately. I left the room, hours later I returned--it still was not cleaned. I have the texts of this conversation.
The woman at the buffet entrance both days of my stay was pretty rude. I cannot understand why she was rude.
The buffet food itself was subpar, likely poisonous.
There are a number of other things. I feel the treatment by staff does not match the cost.
I was thinking that Caribe Royale would be the destination for my frequent trips to Orlando, but I likely to not continue that line of thought.
