This hotel/resort was amazing! I would highly recommend! From the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and grounds to the friendly staff. They had multiple pools, a poolside movie, game room, pool tables, courts for pickleball, tennis and basketball. Multiple restaurants on site, a gift shop as well as a market for last minute conveniences as well as some delicious food choices. I felt the cost of our room was definitely affordable for all they had to offer. We stayed in a newly the imagined King suite in Tower II.We will definitely be returning.
I read that the pool water was supposed to be heated between 80-84°at all times. That was definitely not the case. Although the weather was hot the pool water was a bit too cold for my taste.
One other thing was that there were no luggage carts readily available. If you wanted one you had to request it. We were staying in Tower II so we had to park and enter a building separate from the main lobby where you would have to request the luggage cart. My suggestion would be to have a few luggage carts available at the entrance to each building. It would make loading and unloading you baggage so much easier. The poolside bar, The Calypso was very busy, seemed a little understaffed. Had to wait in a long line to get a drink. On the other hand though the drinks were worth the wait and the did have wait staff that would take your orders at your poolside chair and bring then to you if you didn't want to stand in line.

Such a beautiful hotel! Clean and well kept. Lots of choice for restaurants and snacks. Open and light and spacious design. Rooms were lovely. Large, well designed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool is luscious! Polite and helpful staff at front desk. Just a lovely overall ambiance.
It was extremely busy (Easter break) which was only evident poolside. There were no beds available unless you went to the back row which was too far Away from the pool to enjoy that feeling of being in a resort and being able to watch the kids play in the water etc.
I like to have a little bottle of body lotion in my room along with the shower gel and shampoo etc. that’s because i travel extremely light so don’t want to bring those things with me. Just meant I needed to purchase some at the store.

Nice resort. Great location. Lots of on-site restaurants including a pool side bar and restaurant.
Pool with waterfall and slide was central to the three main towers. Shuttle service available to Disney Springs and Disney Resorts.
Thought prices at the on-site marketplace were too high. Small bag of chips $8.00. Small water bottle $6.00 or $7.00 dollars. Built in 18 percent service charge on all food and drinks included in all bills. Great service tip over that goes to the server but poor service you can not adjust tip lower (* all service was excellent).
