The room was spacious enough for a family of five.
The rooms were not cleaned properly eg we always saw crumps on the floor after the cleaner has been there.

I like that the beds and rooms are always amazing! It's comfy and very nice! Staff is very friendly too!! Clean place to stay!!
What I didn't like was that you paid ALOT of money to stay at this hotel, and a couple days over the weekend we couldn't even go down to the pool because their wasn't enough seating areas. It was very upsetting and was not happy about it. Then housekeeping cleaned nice but didn't give enough towels, didn't refill the Klneex box, didn't give us enough toilet paper. I have stayed here many times, and these things were disappointing...

the property and service beautiful and excellent
Security wasn't doing their job. They're were kids throwing footballs around in the pool and a bunch of kids playing with soccer balls and basketballs around the pool. They were hitting people over the head bumping into people. Security and parents, no where in sight.not good
