Pool staff was nice. When a storm was coming they were quick to make sure everyone was safe.
Ordered breakfast for room service and everything came extremely cold. The eggs were not fully cooked and had to be heated up in microwave. When we ordered ubereats we specifically asked the reception how it works and they mentioned the order can be left with bellhop. Our ubereats delivery was instructed to wait outside and call for us to come retrieve the items that no one could accept it. Our keys would stop working randomly especially for gates at the most inconvenient times (1145pm with screaming kids in car). We had to go to lobby to have them reset and when we went back to the gate the key still wasn't working. We requested a late checkout of 3pm for a fee. We returned from the pool at 1:30pm to be found locked out. Hubby and I also came back with bites when there were no mosquitos. We are questioning now if there were bugs in the bed. Water from tap was undrinkable as it was coming out cloudy which resulted us in having to buy bottles of water from market. Lastly, it's been 2 days and we still don't have a final bill. Very disappointed especially us choosing this location for convenience for his birthday.

Quiet room and a comfortable bed soa good sleep every night. Very clean throughout the hotel. Friendly staff. Good to have a Starbucks on-site.
