U can hear everytime the neighboring rooms flush and use water..it was noisy and hard to sleep. I also can hear everything from the parking area from my room.

I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out because I noticed several additional charges—specifically parking fees, pet fees, and a resort fee—that were not clearly shown at the time of booking. When I completed my reservation, these costs did not appear, and they significantly increased the final total.
Had I known about these fees upfront, I would have chosen a different option without such hidden charges, similar to what I get with Airbnb where all costs are transparent from the start.
I kindly request clarification on why these fees were not displayed during the booking process and ask that you review my reservation for a possible adjustment or refund of these unexpected charges.

Ii was great , We had a fencing tournament, great experience, great location, I just wish the convention center had some food and beverage option, other then that it was very nice and great. The food at hotel and market was just great , we loved it and it was open till midnight. We are definetely going back to this hotel , my top choice for sure

Location was okay.
Staff was unhappy and told my son and wife the water slide doesn’t open til 1pm…… the day we had to leave, we found out it was a lie after asking a manager who stated it should have been open at 8-9am. That’s unacceptable. We pay money to use the facility and due to lazy staff, we over paid and missed waterslide activities. I would love to tell more via phone call. This is how you lose business. Word spreads and it may sound silly, but people do come for pools. It wasn’t just us. Multiple other families were told the same. I’m sure you can ask everyone who stayed during our dates this and they will say the same.

We love the pool and how we can bring our dog with us!
Not enough parking and sometimes it takes a while to find a spot, specially after having to pay so much for it. I must say though the front desk did wave our fee because of the conventions going on this particular time.

So clean and fresh smelling. The staff were so nice no matter who you talked to. Dinner at The Venetian was spectacular. The room was so spacious and looked out over the pool which we were grateful for. Love the pool and especially the waterfall. Protected me from the burning rats of the sun.

The workout area was awesome! The pool was nice and never crowded.
The market place didn’t open until 11 which was a little late and the prices were a little steep but the multiple options for food was nice! I thought charging $34 a night for parking was ridiculous. Esp when there is constant conventions being held that parking spots were sometimes limited to other hotel guests.

we had 2 2-bedroom villas. they were able to give us adjacent rooms which was very helpful. breakfast was very good, lots to choose from.
We find the Caribe ideally located for the events and activities that we enjoy. We are close to all major attractions and parks.

We stayed 6 days, and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful, and it wasn't very far from Universal Studios, which was our reason for the trip. The rooms were clean and a nice size, we were able to watch television without any issues, and we had no issues with the WiFi. Although our view was more of the parking lot, it still brought us joy since we were on the 7th floor and could still see the other parts of the hotel. The hotel wasn't noisy, so we could relax without any problems when we went back to the room. We really appreciated the gym and the pool area (which had a lifeguard) as well as the restaurants there. It was very convenient when we didn't want to spend extra money to take a Lyft to a restaurant. We could enjoy our food at the hotel and get back to our room quickly when necessary. Housekeeping came every day and cleaned our rooms, made our beds, and gave us clean towels. The atmosphere and staff were perfect and worth the money.
We wished there was a shuttle to Universal Studios, which was about 15-20 mins away. We wished the beds were somewhat softer and that the "pitter-patter" of the rain wasn't so annoying. I've never experienced that at another hotel. I guess it's just the design of the windows, so this is something that they can't really change. We are light sleepers, though, so it did affect our sleep somewhat, but we did appreciate the blackout curtains. I had to use earplugs, which I don't like to do, but I needed them to be a bit more comfortable. The door to the bathroom was weird as you have to pretty much go all the way into the bathroom in order to close/open the door when you want to use the toilet. Something that others might not like is that there is no complimentary breakfast, only restaurants, which can be pricey depending on what you get. You can get Starbucks there and/or use DoorDash, which we did a few days for breakfast. Parking, also, isn't free. I believe it was somewhere around $30/night (we rented a car for 1 day.)
