Good location to Disney parks. Free breakfast was very good. We had a problem where my grandsons clothes were in a bag that got picked up by cleaning staff. A human error and I had no problem with it. It could not be located. Hotel staff, Beverly and Nelson, made good on it by crediting my bill.
Parking spots are extremely tight. Waiting on refund of security deposit.

The location is great, being close to the Disney and Universal parks. The room itself is also great. Very spacious and the double sinks for the bathroom are definitely nice. The shower is truly amazing, a very welcome feature after coming back from a long day at the amusement parks.
The sleep was not great, the beds are vard and the hotel is very noisy. All the room doors slam hard and don't seal properly. This means that if any of the guests from your floor go in or out during the night, you will be woken up by the sound of the doors slamming, especially if you are a light sleeper. This is especially bothersome if you sleep in the front room and use the sleeping couch. Since the doors don't isolate well, if the other guests talk loudly on the hallway you'll also be able to hear that.
The breakfast is also not very good. It's big, but the choices are extremely limited, no bacon, omelette, waffles or any vegetables.

Very nice and friendly staff, clean room , and the shower was awesome! Can’t pick one thing because mostly everything was nice. However, the staircase could’ve been cleaner for the people that want to use their legs more.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the staircase but it could’ve been better modeled.
