So close to Disney, and Disney springs. Room was great and easy to get around the property

This hotel is surprisingly really nice. We got a great price, less than anything else in that immediate area so we didn’t have the best expectations but we were happy this where we stayed!! Location is great if you’re doing Disney or seaworld/aquatica though universal isn’t too far away. The Vineland outlets are less than 10 minutes away which is really convenient. There’s a target, Walmart and so many good options within 15 minutes. I felt it was in a safe area as well which was important for us. We (2 adults, 4 yo and 20 mo) stayed in a two queen bed suite and it was perfect for us. The front room with the microwave and mini fridge was super helpful for drinks and leftovers for later in the night. I was worried about the tub being slippery for a bath for the kids but to my surprise the floor is slightly textured so no slipping! We were able to give them a bath with no issues. We all enjoyed our room and had enough room without sitting on top of each other. The front room with the couch and tv is a great space to set the kids up to play while the adults get ready. Hot water thankfully never ran out and the pressure was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel as a whole was very clean and smelled clean. All in all this is a great hotel and we will definitely be back. The no daily parking fee is an awesome benefit to staying.
The beds are very uncomfortable and hard but after a long exhausting day they are doable. I’d recommend bringing a topper if you’re doing a longer stay. The plumbing is pretty loud, you can hear every flush and shower going on but isn’t so bad. Just a little louder than you’d be expecting. Our toilet was pretty shaky as if it would easily break if you sat on it the right way. TVs are also a bit outdated, a two decade old movie is 24.99 to rent and the free cable is basic but is ok if you just need cartoons or background noise on. The parking is awful if you get there late but if you’re there before 8 you can get a good spot still.

Only one negative was shower. Pressure needs improvement and as a mum and daughter both with long thick hair, it was a challenge to wash. To get any kind of pressure, had to turn it to highest heat which was too hot. Otherwise perfect and wouldn’t stop me returning.
