Hotel Location, across the road gas station, gift shops and decent resturants.
Firstly, we reached hotel at 1am midnight and got to know at the reception that hotel is fully booked and despite it was an advance non refundable full booking, our room was given to soomeone else!! That was pathetic and shocking, especially when you are travelling with kids.
They sent us the sister next door property, although we got the room there but whole process was so hectic especially when you arrived there after hours of travel. The sofa bed of that property was in terrible condition, bent inwards and no one came to help to fix it!!
Breakfast!! Same and very limited menu.
Stayed there 5 nights and got fedup of same breakfast everyday!
Also the Menu was so limited, similar price hotels offer a lot of variety in the breakfast especially cakes/muffins were missing!!

Everything was great here. Felt safe, beautiful resort, excellent large breakfast buffet (with good food). Pizza place, to-go items, friendly staff. Room service.
Could not take breakfast plates back to room. Had a handicap spouse so this was a hassel.

The shuttle times and capacities were a little frustrating when trying to schedule transportation.

10-20 min from everything! Loved the location , also the staff, they were all so kind from the front desk to the pizza parlor staff, the breakfast was good but not too many options. For some reason I had some trouble with the WiFi being slow but I just chose to turn it off and use my data so it was no big deal. Definitely would stay again.

Great location, super clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, sufficient breakfast.
Great value for money.
The AC in the halls is freezing cold that it cools down the room, if you sleep close to the door you will need very thick blankets (which they don’t have). We informed the staff and they said there’s nothing they can do.
The disposable cutlery and plates at breakfast are terrible and should be replaced with normal tableware.
