For this price, this is a super excellent hotel; I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. The breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise, with such a variety of food and drinks. Thank you for your hospitality.

Love the ambiance if this resort like hotel. The front desk staff, more specifically Maia, is very welcoming. This resort like hotel offers several options for room selections. We prefer the Suites because it is very roomy and offer separate sinks which makes it easier for more than one travelers. The rooms are well supplied with necessities and the bed is very comfortable. The location of the hotel offers easy access to the Disney Parks, Outlet shopping and an over abundance of restaurants choices.

Reasonably close to Disney resorts with a free shuttle service from the hotel. New-look rooms.
This hotel has one restaurant that only offers breakfast. The only option for lunch or dinner is the small onsite pizzeria which has a very limited selection. Same unchanging breakfast every day. Leisure Hotel Fees of USD 21 is charged daily — this is not made clear when booking.

The breakfast was so delicious and had a wide variety of choices! I was so impressed with the breakfast staff, they were constantly cleaning up the food stations and making sure there was fresh food. It was evident everyone was working hard!!
Every person I interacted with was friendly and kind! The entire hotel was clean and felt great! This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. The pool was so nice as well!!

The breakfast is very poor in my opinion. for the 5 nights we stayed everything was always the same with very limited choices. no cheeses, no bacon, no hams for morning toast and day after day everything the same.

I like that parking and breakfast is included. The room is fairly large; my family of 5 was able to sleep comfortably. Its cute how the hotel is lit up on the outside and was decorated for Christmas in the lobby. Room was clean and smelled good. Plenty of extra pillows and bedding for the sofa bed. Breakfast area was also clean. Breakfast itself was not amazing but it was the usual scrambled eggs, bread items for toasting, sausage, some form of potatoes each day, oranges/bananas, yogurt, cereal, and a pancake maker, so there were options. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room too.
The first day we had breakfast was a Saturday and it was packed. The man checking in people was very disorganized. He was only checking people in by not making a list of who arrived in what order so it was chaos when tables became available. He would just say a table for X amount is available and all the people with that number in their party would try to go in, no matter if they got there first or last. Sunday was not as bad, but there should be a system similar to a restaurant instead. Also, the beds were very hard.
