Great Location , I love that it was extremely clean and staff were always cleaning . Very good .
The pillows were very uncomfortable, all of them, got up with a neck pain everyday.

Arrived after midnight and was relieved to see there was staff on duty. Was escorted to our room as the key card machine was not working. The room was very large with two separate spaces. We were given complimentary breakfast with our room which had enormous variety. We also made use of the pool area, pizza shop and shops at the nearby resort and across the road.
Really nothing. It was a bit far from the tourist activities, but we were just looking for somewhere to hang out for a few days while we recovered from jetlag which it was perfect for.

Clean rooms and good breakfast. Very friendly and attentive breakfast staff. Swimming pool is good.
At 10 PM, maintenance was working with a compressor under our window. We requested a room change, and they assigned us a room near the street. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise. Lobby staff that knew nothing (maintenance) and was annoyed. If I want to sleep in peace and quiet, it doesn't make sense to change a noisy room for another one just as noisy.

The cleanliness. You can smell it as soon as you walk in the lobby. The location is so close to Disney.
The only thing I would say is getting on to the parking lot off World Center Drive. The left turn is hard but that’s just me.

All in all, the facilities were actually quite impressive, and I left feeling very satisfied with my experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my staycation at Buena Vista Suites. The property is well-kept, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and feel at ease throughout my stay.
The location is another huge plus—it’s conveniently situated with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby, so there was always something to do without having to go far. Whether I wanted to unwind at the hotel or explore the surrounding area, everything I needed was right at my fingertips.
Overall, Buena Vista Suites provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient base while visiting the area.
I really only had two minor discrepancies with the facility during my stay, but overall, they’re more areas for potential improvement than dealbreakers.
1. Parking: In the evenings, it could be a bit challenging to find a spot. On a couple of occasions, I had to park over at the neighboring hotel because of limited availability. To make matters a little more frustrating, some spaces that could have been used were essentially blocked off by fellow guests who parked poorly, leaving the adjacent spots unusable. While this wasn’t a constant issue, it did make arriving back at the hotel later in the day less convenient than expected.
2. Dining Options: While I did enjoy what was available, I do think the facility could benefit from offering a wider variety of food on-site. At the moment, choices are limited to the pizza shop and the breakfast buffet. Having an additional restaurant or more diverse dining options would have elevated the experience, especially for guests who may not want to venture out every time they’re looking for a meal.
Neither of these issues overshadowed the positives of my stay, but addressing them would definitely enhance the overall guest experience and bring even more value to what is already a great property.

The room size and facilities were great! The overall hotel was lovely and had a really nice pool area which wasn't ever super busy (people were at disney or other parks). Staff were super friendly. Had a free shuttle which ran often to the various local parks - Disney related only. Always on time, great drivers. A brilliant and super helpful service.
Whilst the rooms to the side of us were well insulated for noise, for the last 3 nights we had a very loud family upstairs and they stayed up screaming and jumping off beds throughout the night. We did speak to the staff but nothing changed. We were exhausted by the time we left. The breakfast options were'nt great unless you like pancakes. The egg and sausage weren't good and the doughnuts were hard. Toast and bagels were stale.
No options for dinner other than a very expensive shop, and a pizza delivery with that or chicken wings. Nothing else really around unless you have a car.
