The hotel is clean and located close to all the theme parks, which is convenient.
They offer a shuttle service to Disney, but you must reserve it in advance. It fills up quickly and doesn’t run very frequently.
A serious issue occurred during our stay: one evening we returned to find that housekeeping had left our room door open. We had been gone the entire day, and the door had been unlocked the whole time. When we reported it to the front desk, the staff showed little concern and didn’t seem to understand why we were upset, simply noting that “nothing was stolen.”
This made us feel very unsafe. It’s troubling to think how easily something valuable could have been taken. We emailed the hotel manager about the incident, but we never received a response.
If you choose to stay here, make sure to lock all valuables in the safe. Personally, I would not return and recommend considering other options if you’re looking for a more secure and responsive place to stay.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Turn-down service everyday is a plus , it is nice to come back to a clean room after a long day outside. The pool access to the next hotel is good. DIY laundry is nice especially if you are staying more than a week. The ice machine on every floor is great during summer. CVS and 7/11 across the street.
Breakfast is the same every day. We stayed for 10 days and after a few days you would not want to eat the same thing.
