We were very pleased with the service. Victoria, the front desk assistant was very friendly during our check in. Shout out to Tammie, Rodolfo, Iresema and Robert who made customers feel welcome during breakfast time. They even sang a birthday song for my grandchild. They sure made a difference for Buena Vista Suites. The bed was comfy and we enjoy the amenities. Thank you. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the staff, very friendly and professional! The ladies in the morning helping us with our dishes at breakfast were very kind and deserve a raise! The place was very clean and very convenient to Disney parks!

Friendlies of staff, free and frequent shuttles to the Disney parks, clean and comfortable room (beds and pillows). Fresh scent etc.The only area for improvement is the pizza place downstairs, they close at 11pm. Would be great if they could serve till midnight:). Good pizza too.

After the second night, the service was perfect. The bus ride was amazing. The pool was warm and ready to go at all times. Clean your room and leave it perfect, ready for you to relax.
Too pricey for a sister facility. Buffet is not a Buffet to say. More like a continental breakfast with a chef and a staff. I was there for a week they could have changed the menu at least once. Nothing is complementary for the price. For the price, I could've gotten serviced on the first day. Instead, I had to walk downstairs and ask for 5 towels, one per person. The room was not serviced until the 2nd night.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the spacious suites that can accommodate a large group and complimentary breakfast. At this price point, it really is a steal. Yes, you will be staying off property if you are going to the parks but it’s so worth it. We were enjoying the daily cleaning of the rooms, everything has been cleaned thoroughly every day and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and always stay here for the above reasons
