We love the location of our room. Felt like we were in a secluded resort. The front desk is always welcoming and the hotel always smells very nice. This is our go-to hotel when in the area.

very good location , not far from Disney springs , Magic kingdom .. Room large enough, nice swimming pool .
Breakfast not a lot to choose from , they ran out of Gluten free bread!
Too cold at night even when air condition was turned off because they cool the corridors way too much and the cold gets into the room under the door...

The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The suite was spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the included breakfast, which had a great variety. The hotel felt safe, well-maintained, and family-friendly—overall, a great value for the price!

The hotel itself was very clean and smelled nice. The room was also a nice size for the price and I enjoyed breakfast.
It was hard looking for parking if you were coming in at night so had to drive around a few times but overall we were able to find a spot.

Large room with separate spaces for sitting and sleeping which was ideal when travelling with young kids. Hotel staff were all extremely polite and hospitable. Pizza Express at lobby was a bonus especially on nights after a theme park.
Facilities looked a little aged. Could do with a refurbishment.

The highlights of our stay include the attentiveness of each staff member from the front desk to the cleaning team to the breakfast crew, everyone was kind and ensured that our needs were met! We also appreciated the accessibility to everything that we needed in Orlando!
When we entered our room, we immediately were met with a VERY saturated carpet as if someone had attempted to steam clean the area. We had to cover the area with towels and wear shoes during the entire stay to prevent having completely wet socks.
