clean, friendly staff, good location very close to Magic kingdom and Epcot, CVS and Gas station right across . Plus an Indian restaurant across. Free parking. Breakfast was useful and functional.

It was very bright and clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, especially after walking for 7- 8 miles through the parks for the day!! I loved the convenience of the shuttle to the parks and the fact that they dropped us off so close to the park gates !!
Everything and everyone except for one of the front desk managers on Wednesday or Thursday evening wasn’t very kind.
However, Paola was very kind, courteous, and very helpful!!!

I liked the different restaurants. Lots for everyone to enjoy themselves. Liked that the
I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for coffee in the lobby and there was no tea any place.

The room was very spacious and clean. They cleaned and made the beds daily. The location is also very convenient and parking is included.
The breakfast could have more variety and better quality. Very limited options and tools. One of the pancake makers and the bread toasters were broken. Could also offer more fruits, bread options and perhaps some healthier alternatives.

Really big space! Having a separate door that separates the “sitting” area and the “bed” area made it very easy to relax and sleep because you cannot hear the hallway. The breakfast was above average for included hotel breakfasts as well.
The toiletries could be better. And in particular our toilet’s handle was disassembled.

I liked everything about this property. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional; the breakfast food was tasty; the rooms were exactly as pictured in the photos and the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms by about 10am.
