i love how clean it is when you come in, i love the smell, i love how friendly the staff greet us. Family friendly. i love the breakfast how is a buffet and you can get all you want.
The room ac , even being on 65 didnt feel cold. But other than that everything is good just and upgrade tv, To smart tv to be able to watch tv

Friendly staff and nice pool for the kids. Location is good if you're looking to be close to Disney. A bit far if you're looking to stay closer to International Drive, with lots of traffic in the area.
Rooms were ok, but the sink and shower smelled bad and were very close to being clogged. Wifi doesn't have a password, which made me feel uncomfortable using it since it's a public band and my info could be exposed, having a private connection linked to my room number would feel better

The hotel was very nice and clean. The restaurant area for breakfast was very spacious, organized, and clean. The included breakfast buffet was great!
The hotel (lobby, hallways, general areas) was extremely cold, almost unbearable in the restaurant area. However, the temperature in the rooms weren't as cold.

Stayed here for 5 days to go to DisneyWorld. It's pretty close to the parks and the hotel provides a shuttle to each park. The dining area is pretty big, so a good amount of people can fit. Didn't use the pool or play jumbo chess outside because it was the end of February and it was a bit chilly in the morning. The pizza place inside the hotel is super convenient because after a super long tiring day in the parks, you have no energy left to go out to eat. I stayed in a room with two queen beds and it was very spacious. For the price of a room that big and it being close to DisneyWorld, it was a steal! There is laundry on site at the end on the hall on the first and 4th floor I believe. You have to pay the washer and dryer with card. I believe it was 3 dollars and yes, they do have detergent you can purchase.

We read lots of reviews about this hotel...most were positive, but a few were negative. I didn't let this put me off, and we stayed for 8 nights.
Our experience was actually very good. The price was excellent, the parking was free and plentiful and the facilities were very good. We didn't use the shuttle bus to the parks, but they were frequent. The Disney Parks are not very far away and easy to get to from the Hotel.
We had the use of an excellent but basic pool at this property, and also free use of the pool at the neighbouring hotel...which is obviously a bit of a jump in room price...as it's a bit better set up with waterfalls and a pool bar etc.
We also stayed at the neighbouring place for dinner a couple of evenings.
Back to our room, and it was certainly large enough for our small family, and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was included in our stay, and this truly could not be faulted. There was a good selection, and it was regularly stocked. The staff in the dining room were helpful and always busy cleaning and tidying...it was spotless. Top Marks there!!
We could have picked up pizza and nibbles from the in house kitchen in the evening if we didn't want to venture out.
There is a guest laundry available (at a small charge), which was very handy at about day 4. There's also a small gym with a running machine and some other clean and working exercise equipment.
We were able to book WDW tickets from the foyer, which was quite helpful.
On the whole, a great stay...I'd certainly have no issues recommending to anyone looking to go to Orlando for the parks.
There was nothing that we really didn't like, and are quite happy with our stay.
What we would have liked to see was an option to be able to cater a little for ourselves. A microwave, bar fridge and coffee machine in the room was a welcome addition, but maybe a little more bench space with a sink and a toaster and some crockery would have made our life complete. Dining out in the states is incredibly expensive at this current time, so a little option to 'fend for ourselves' would have been a welcome addition.
Oooh, another little point: it would be nice to see less paper and plastic disposables used throughout the hotel. Some glasses and cups, crockery and reusable cutlery would be welcome. Or at least more options to recycle.

The crew was really kind and friendly
It is way too expensive, in the coffee bar open 24 hours the coffee is 4 usd! And the water on the rooms 6 usd. To me it was not worth.
The location is good but the traffic is bad, in the weekends is almost impossible to get out if you need to do a left turn, because the entrance is too close of the corner

I did enjoyed my stay, from the staff at the reception to the servers in the breakfast room. The location was ideal,literally 10min away from disney works park,if you choose to use a shuttle, it's available. The breakfast was awesome and the sister facility is a plus,I enjoyed swimming
Maybe having a washer and dryer available,I traveled with my todler and it was hard keeping his dirty stuffs around.i wish I could just throw them in washer.
