I enjoyed it being close to Disney parks.
Its a good hotel, i used to love it, but i would think twice about going back now.
The $50 deposit stated on Booking is PER DAY, just keep that in mind because i was surprised when i checked in.
There was hair in the bathtub upon entering, housekeeping only went 2 days to tidy up even tho i was there 5 days.
Breakfast is ok, but there could be some more variety, especially with the pastries. I also wish the fruit was fresh and not from a can.
The pool area is very small, a bar would be nice.

This is our go-to place for Disneyworld vacations. It’s really clean, and the staff are amazing and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is a great start to a full day at the parks. The complimentary shuttles are are convenient and can be reserved at the scheduled times. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location, room size, and cleanliness were good. The presence of a pizza shop and a convenience store on-site was a great advantage. The use of disposable plates, forks, spoons, and knives at breakfast shows their commitment to hygiene. Free parking and Wi-Fi were also a plus. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It's a comfortable hotel for families with children planning to visit theme parks. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

The price was in my budget
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a horrible, stale smell that didn’t go away. To make matters worse, the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly—there was dust everywhere and the bed linen wasn't changed. The absolute worst part was that an item was stolen out of my room during my stay.

It looks like the hotel was recently remodeled that Lisa rooms are. Everything was clean great Location. The first night it was a little warm we called and right away they came and they fixed it. That’s the next day was nice and cool.
We had to wait a long time for the elevators..

The staff is wonderful, the shuttles are convenient, breakfast is great, beds are super comfortable, housekeeping keeps the hotel very clean and the price is very reasonable. This was our third time staying at Buena Vista. The staff actually remembers us and treats us like family. Tamee and Robert at breakfast are particularly hospitable. They are wonderful with my kids and provide such excellent, friendly service. The housekeeping staff does a beautiful job and even made my kid's beds with their stuffies tucked in and waiting for them. We love this hotel and will be back!
