The room was really spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Having a full kitchen and laundry available was very helpful. The location was excellent. So close to the Universal Parks and shopping areas.
The signage for the check-in office could be clearer/larger. Both myself and another guest I saw had trouble finding the office, which is right at the back of the building down a long path.
