Very kid friendly and quiet nights
I absolutely hate the new wristbands! Small children accidentally over tighten them in their sleep and the shower. We had to cut one off and we had to make cuts to loosen one.

Friendly and respectful staff, staff was friendly and informative. The Waterpark was a 3 minute walk from our room, and the staff was respectful, friendly, and informative. Can't wait to go back with the family!!

Beautiful property with amazing amenities. Pools, waterpark, restaurants, bars, and golf course. The unit we rented was large and comfortable.
Too strict with beverages and food at waterpark. I understand you want us to use your food truck and bar but I should be able to bring snacks in. Especially if my children have food restrictions.

The private bedrooms and bathrooms were nice.
Our television in one of the bedrooms and living room did not work. I reached out to Hans and he did not assist us with resolving the issue. My husband finally called the day before we were leaving and someone came to fix it.

I requested 1 floor or near to elevator, but the man on checking was sharp and serious (rude), give us 3 floor and away from the elevator.
Only 2 coffee and we were 6 people
1 shower was only with hot water

Everything. It was close to everything. It was quite and not an overcrowded facility like you would think. It was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend
Didn't like that pool gates wouldn't open with key card. Shuttle service runs at 11am to Disney, so we didn't really benefit from the service but it wasn't a deal breaker. Still a great place.

It didn’t have pool there we had to wait for shuttle & at water park I didn’t like how SECURITY TREATED US WRONG stating our kids wasn’t the age we gave them, as an Mother that birth their kids should know how old her kids is I dnt have to lie about it. So those two things I didn’t like

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, property was well maintained. There was plenty of space for my family and we loved the 3 bathrooms.
The staff was rude at times, I forgot my key and when I entered security, the guy yelled at me to remember my key. I did have my resort slip for my car and showed him the paper, but got a lecture about my key.
I remained quiet, apologized for causing a issue, when it shouldn't have been a problem.
