One of the worst customer / front desk experiences I have ever had. This establishment could care less about whether their visitors receive the amenities that were listed when they booked, nor will they take responsibility for their failure to communicate. Instead they will shrug and say that's just how it is. More specifically, the waterpark was closed when I arrived with my family of 5. I booked in August on the basis that there would be a waterpark for my kids, so I was willing to pay more for our stay. Guess what? They didn't email, text, or call to warn me the waterpark was closed so when we arrived from the airport, kids already in their swim trunks, and found out the waterpark was closed, they laconically said, that's just how it is, not our fault. Here are your room keys. When I tried to talk to the Resort Manager, he literally stared at me and said, what? Nothing we can do about it. I had tears coming down my face, knowing I was going to have to go back to the kids waiting in the car after a long flight and drive and tell them no waterpark, even though that was the only reason we had booked with WorldMark. As the proverbial cherry on top, the Resort Manager said it was my fault for not checking their website to confirm the waterpark was open. In contrast to "sorry we didn't reach out to let you know, even though the waterpark has been closed for over 2 weeks, and you booked this many months ago". Had to rebook while sitting in the lobby for a LAST MINUTE stay at Calypso Cay, which was cheaper and had a fun water section that was open for the kids -- But what a crummy way to arrive in Orlando and waste 2 hours. I was so excited to go on vacation, but please future visitors, I ask you not to book with this facility.

We received our confirmation email and were billed for the property stay. When we arrived, we were juggled between the Worldmark and Wyndham desks because they could not find our reservation. The general manager that night was able to determine our reservation had been canceled by Worldmark or Wyndham with no notification given to us. Booking.com tried to resolve this for a couple hours (they had been charged as well) to no avail as there was no one on duty to answer. We never received any explanation as to what went wrong, but Booking.com was able to refund us the $750 charge several days later.

Location was great. Free entry to the water park. The restaurant was fantastic.

Friendly and respectful staff, staff was friendly and informative. The Waterpark was a 3 minute walk from our room, and the staff was respectful, friendly, and informative. Can't wait to go back with the family!!

Very kid friendly and quiet nights
I absolutely hate the new wristbands! Small children accidentally over tighten them in their sleep and the shower. We had to cut one off and we had to make cuts to loosen one.
