My room was smoked out do to their microwave sparking a fire. They sent out someone to switch out the microwaves. No one gave us a call back to inquire if we needed to change rooms. My asthmatic daughter was forced to sit out on the balcony for hours.

Check in was smooth and easy
The first room had blood on the toilet and there was no water to use the shower. They said they would switch the room and I waited an hour before I had to contact the front again and do it myself. The second room was great.

Had a two bedroom unit that was spacious however it only had a dining table for two. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly.
I got charged a significant daily resort fee and then had to pay to do activities.

They did not put us in the type of room paid for. We spent more time changing rooms. Talked us into a time share tour and kept us 3 hours. Did not want to take no for an answer. Gave us late check out the. Rushed us to get out after our tour kept us.

The pictures of this hotel on your website do NOT match the room that we got at all. The picture show a living room, dining room and a full kitchen and this was not what was delivered. I called and tried to get the room refunded and was denied.

Misleading when showing Waterpark pictures, you think it is included and it is not. Extra $25per person daily, even after you pay resort fees!

There were a lot of close stores and WalMart is right around the corner. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was very helpful.
The cleanliness was sub par. The floors and walls were quite dirty. The bathroom had streaks of dirty water from the steam. The floors were sticky. The outer bedding had various marks and did not appear to be clean.

I was not happy about my stay here. We were put in a room near construction and the noise woke us up at 8:00 Saturday morning. This was my birthday weekend and it was ruined. The only compensation offered by the hotel was 4 water park tickets
