Everything is at your fingertips. The room was very clean upon arrival. Although it was a little mixed up when we got there due to my booking online with different name but I had all my Confirmation numbers for them. They did resolve the matter in a timely manner. They have activities for the Adults and kiddos which wss great. This is our second time staying and definitely back for the third time!!

The facilities were nice clean spacious rooms
Too many kids doing dangerous things at the pool. No pool bar available except 1 day. Had to beg for toilet paper and laundry detergent, was never sent.

I like the movie theater the lazy river was crowded but hey...
I didn't like I had to pay for the water park and the arcade sometimes people don't know how many kids others have it was a struggle for me with my 5 children all alone my name was amelia hewitt

Check in was smooth and the hotel room and size was adequate.
The pool facilities were extremely crowded and dirty. I encountered multiple rude guests. I also had to call 3 times to guest services and ask for towels and other amenities. It was delivered 30 minutes before I had to check out.
