I liked all the amenities.
The pull out couch mattress was so thin that you could feel every bar in the frame. Not enough blankets and sheets to accommodate for other guest to sleep on the couch. The doors open and close very loudly disrupting people from sleeping.

Mattress
Cleanliness, side B, the bed was unmade, toilet not clean, glass was in the sink. Maintenance manager, Luisa?, was very dismissive and condescending. Dead spider was on one of the beds, and had to wait nearly 2 hours to have unit cleaned.

Room was nice and clean the balcony was nice all the attractions were nice only thang my daughter couldn’t get on none of the slides

The accommodations, the check in & out process was very easy. Loved that I was able to communicate with them through text and they responded immediately. I also loved all the amenities, you really don’t have to leave the property.
I honestly don’t have any bad to say.
