We didn’t eat there, but the room was very nice and clean, with everything you need as an adult and plenty for the little ones. They also have a great water park, but make sure to bring money because you’re not allowed to bring in outside food and everything inside is pricey.
The only thing I have to complain about is how thin the walls are—you could clearly hear through them, and it sounded like the lady next door was in my living room having a full conversation all night and again around 6:30 in the morning.

This place was great. Lots to do and plenty of space. The only thing is the villa smelled like a wet mop the entire time, and the jacuzzi needs to be cleaned but other than that nice place to be away with the fam.

What I love about the property was it’s very well organized. Our building was just upgraded so the rooms were like new! From the moment we checked in the staff was excellent! Knowing that this is a timeshare place I was glad no one was pushing me to attend a tour . This is my first time here to test this place out and I can say it’s the best place I’ve stayed so far in Orlando! Great location, plenty of things to do on the property. The waterpark the restaurants , the arcade the pools ,on the weekends there’s other things going on also. This this was a family vacation where we just wanted a resort to have things to do. We were not attending any theme parks. I will definitely be staying here again!
There’s nothing I really didn’t like about the property. Maybe I wish there were vending machines located in the main property area where you can buy bottled water.

The location was close to everything.
The room we had could be used as a joining room, so it had a door in the kitchen. Either the walls are paper thin or the door caused more noise to come through, but we could hear the people next door who were talking normally (not shouting). It was also advertised that the waterpark was there-which it is. However, you have to pay $25 per person to get in. We have stayed at other resorts in the area, and this was the first that charged additional fees for stuff like that. I ended up looking on the website I booked through to see if it was listed as an additional fee. I found one spot that did day that, but it was buried pretty far into the details of the property. Seems like a slimy business practice. Also, not a game changer but worth noting- there is an innate amount of speed bumps on the property. Why so many? It was actually annoying.
