Hi! If I could give it 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience, I need a refund, I had to leave overnight and have plenty of videos with proof. Please tell me the steps to follow. I stay in hotel at least 3x a month, west-gate is so disappointing! I create content, this is so ridiculous !!

I didn’t like how I was told I would get a balcony to have not been able to step outside at all bevause there wasn’t one and upon asking they made it seem like availability wasnt open but overall it was a good experience just don’t care for false advertisement especially if I’m paying extra money for something I thought I would get

Location is the only plus.
The security deposit is never returned to you. The blinds don’t work so forget about your privacy. The door between you and your neighbor is paper thin you can hear every single foot step. We had stayed at the villas previously but after being greeted by cockroaches we opted to try the towers and it was another big let down.

The fact that I stayed a total of 32, and they wouldn’t let me get money for a deposit. Which the 32 never had an issue with the room and never has any incidental problems. I could have chosen to spend the 8k at another hotel. Where is the WOW loyalty?

I love that this hotel is always so clean everywhere and always smells amazing does not matter if you walk in any of the hallways around the outside or the pools or even the public restrooms. I also have to say the girls at the front desk are amazing.

Great location. Staff on property. Pools. Bed very comfortable.
1. Still have not received my deposit back from a 2night stay.
2. Keys HARDLY worked! Was locked out late night with my wife and son. And Locked out of entry to building.
3. Found two roaches inside of our hotel room. Manager was supposed to follow up regarding that matter..but no one reached out.

Even though I left the room spotless, I never received my deposit back. You seldom do from hotels / resorts in this area. Just figure "deposit" means "extra fee."

Location was perfect, main road and lots of shopping/food close by. 20 minute drive to Disney world. I e bedroom suite was HUGE, loved the renovation and having g two bathrooms was amazing. We didn't use the included cookware or amenities but loved that they were there. Pet friendly, so made having a dog with us that much easier.
One bedroom suite is a king sized bed and pull out sofa. Traveling with kids, the pull out sofa is just as you remember from sleeping on the as a kid. Sleeping on bars and not that comfy. Truly the only bad thing about our stay.

First and foremost, staff was very welcoming and helpful, the remodel and construction is now completed and the place looks amazing. the rooms have everything you need and more, location is perfect close to everything you can think of yes is a busy area but trust me once you're in your room you won't even notice or hear the noise outside. This is and will always be our favorite resort to stay.
