Maintenance service not available for emergencies. Toilet needed service after 11:00 pm no one to assist. Actually had to wait until 10:00 am the next morning. Once that was taken care of everything was okay.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Great water pressure, (very important to me).The property was beautiful, and quiet. Although it was nestled between two other hotels, it was barely noticeable. Close to shopping and great food choices.
The hot water wasn't very hot. And the bed wasn't comfortable at all. Although we were on the 4th floor, the patio was broken and would not lock. Water from the shower head was all over the place.
