The area wasn't to bad but the restaurant are pretty decent and I advise families to bring g their own water
My room flooded and personal property was damaged and the GM didn't seem to care to much and only offered an extra day. The staff was pretty decent on communication but didn't really get nothing done to accommodate my damaged property. Overall it would have been better honestly if they cared more about the customers needs and not only being money hungry.

The air conditioning was broken on our last night. The staff made no effort to fix it or offer any solution. We had to sleep in a hot room and no one took responsibility.
