The Pools were clean, plenty of chairs and towels. The hot tub was amazing. It was great trip all together. This was my second time staying here and both times were just amazing
The only issue I had was that we had to call down 4 times for extra dish washer soap and trash bags & the jacuzzi tub in my room didn’t work

I liked the layout of the room. The location was close to everything. Staff was very friendly. It was nice and quiet and had activities for you to do.
The rooms are older and could have some renovations. Thought there were free breakfast but they dont have that option. It also smells older in the rooms.

Honestly couldn't have asked for more. The room we got was for two but it was huge. We really appreciated the very well equipped kitchen, alongside a daily free shuttle they provide to the local grocery store this allowed us to make our own lunches and dinner which was much more convenient and cheaper than eating out. Add to that a very comfy bed, free shuttles to Disney and Universal, good sized balcony, washer and dryer, great pools and really friendly staff and it really was perfect for us. Highly highly recommend.
Only things that could make it better is having some form of oven (maybe a tabletop microwave combo oven) in the kitchen and more buses / more convenient times to get to the parks. Some, such as to Epic, either arrived 2 hours before it opened or 90 minutes afterwards.

This was my 4th time staying here so, I guess that goes without saying that I really like this property. It’s always been clean
I really had wanted to stay in one of the new rooms. My room didn’t have a screen patio which I wanted because I have small kids. That’s the only problem I had.
