I usually stay at Star Island Resort when I'm in that area and decided to do something different! I have no regrets choosing Vacation Village! I like the fact you have multiple pools so everyone is not jam packed into one!

The location was great. Pool area was lovely. Very nice surroundings, we had a room facing the gardens and it was very quiet .
The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable I have slept in. There was no oven in the room ( even though it was advertised as a room with a kitchen).

The pools were beautiful and housekeeping was very nice.
When checking in regina was extremely rude and made it seem we were inconveniencing her. No one told us about the free shuttling or the activities that they have on the property. We had to find out through talking to our Uber drivers. We also got locked out our room twice due to the cards not working will not be staying again.
