I had nats in my room. I was only there for one night. I guess whomever was there before me had a lot of trash. The room smelled like garbage. That's the only complaint I have.

Pools were dirty room was barely clean the ac would not go below 78 and we called the office and it took them hours to come and look at it. As Leo the bed was worn out and uncomfortable

For a non-smoking resort there was alot of rooms smelling of pot or in the elevator or around the pool. It was concerning being that I had my kids with and they were always exposed to it. We had a pool view which I would not recommend to anyone who wants to go to sleep before 11 pm. Constant screaming and loud music till pool closing and sometimes after as the staff did not enforce the time.
