Location to popular spots/shopping/theme parks. Free shuttle to the grocery store, although only at certain times and shuttle takes a long time to arrive. Overall it was a fabulous stay. Lots of pools and the property was very clean/well kept
Some buildings are very far from the main entrance and the shuttle takes a very long time to come.No dining on site. Would love to have had a dining option on site for days by the pool. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful .

So pleased we found this resort, it has a great location especially for Walt Disney World. Friendly staff around the resort however never needed anything as it was all great. Supermarkets are close by with great access to the I4. Its a great option for a room with more space when travelling with families.
Sometimes parking was busy but really not a big deal.

The location is great, right by pretty much anything that you may need.
Downsides were none of the vending machines we tired to use worked- we tried at two different pools and in building 20 on the 2nd floor by the arcade. Nothing. Since there is not any kind of store onsite you will have to leave to go somewhere else, not a big issue but can be inconvenient in a pinch.

The pools
Beds and furniture were not comfortable. The sleeper sofas are very uncomfortable and not intended for adults. Couches are not even comfortable to sit on. Kitchen is not equipped to actually cook. Very small frying pan and no baking sheets or way to bake in the oven.
