Very Good
The resort has a great location for visiting local amusement parks, with a pleasant walkable area right next door. Our cottage was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the free parking conveniently located just outside.
We experienced a brief electricity outage, but it was resolved quickly. The elevated sleeping area has limited space between the floor and ceiling. It’s perfectly fine for children but a bit challenging for adults. Unfortunately, we didn’t find any instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi, and we couldn’t ask for assistance at reception since it was always closed when we passed by, either early in the morning or in the evening after returning to the resort.

We liked the proximity to the pool and playground. Our grandkids spent a great deal of time coming and going from the pool area to our place. The reception area had a warm and helpful staff. We enjoyed the pool table, the ping pong, the books and puzzles.
We stayed in CO44. The hard part was finding the property the night we arrived. We were not aware that there wasn't parking right next to the house. The house numbers are small and difficult to see. The list of included kitchen items were vague. Had we known that the coffee machine was only a cheap 1 cup hotel brand (with individual filtered coffee) we would have brought ours from home. The coffee machine was listed twice but there was only one pot. We wound up buying a Mr. Coffee from Publix so that we could enjoy some real coffee.

They charged me 30 dollars for just extending checkout by about 15 minutes despite me calling them earlier, and despite the fact that I was travelling with 3 children. So inconsiderate. The units are also very small and nothing like what they look like on the pictures. For the price paid, they can do a lot better, especially with customer service. Never going back here again!!

Perfect for our family of 5 when visiting Disney/Universal. It has become our must stay place when we visit! My kids love the pool and love that we’ve seen deer and baby gators up close. The cottages are perfect for families and the property feels very secure with a gate and guard.

Nice offsite location to Disney World, quiet atmosphere, friendly staff.
For a family of 6, it was a bit on the small size. Family of 5 or less this would be a very nice accommodation to go to all the theme parks around Kissimmee.

Bungalow are nice, clean and confortable. Place is sweet and bords sing ib the morning. Staff is great, helpful abd politesse.
Would appreciate a bit more disses (plates). Being an européen family, we cook for dîner.

Very calm place. There are wild animals (birds, squirel, deers,rackoon) to spot.
The cooling comes under the floor and it’s a bit noisy. I had to cover some of the tiles.

The property was nice and quiet. Our house was worn around the edges but comfy enough. Loved the porch and table outside, we ate out there several times. The pool and surrounding landscape were beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again, in a different unit.
The AC wasn't up to par with the florida sun or cooking inside in the kitchen. The loft was adorable but again, way too hot for sleeping. We asked the front desk for a fan but they had none. There was no shower curtain in our shower. After calling the office a few times with no answer, we went to the bathouse for showers until we were able to get a shower curtain the next day. There were no towels for the pool, only bath towels. The other units around our place were all empty, but the porch lights were kept on all night. The lights shown in our windows making it hard to fall asleep because it was so bright.

Location good. No breakfast.
Was in cabin with one way street....had to back up to get out. Stayed in premier cabin. This one seemed to be more cramped than the other times we stayed in premier. Very small dining table and porch would only accommodate 2 people.
Spoke with staff and was told could request side entry cabin in future (more room).
