The manager and front desk staff worked to approve a refund after our room was not inhabitable due to the smell of marijuana and cigarettes. Still have not received my refund from booking though it’s been almost 3 weeks.
It felt dirty. We saw dirty towels and trash in the hallway and our room smelled horrible.

The grounds
Halls were very utilitarian. Shuttle service to Parks only ran once a day and prebooking the Shuttle before your stay was prohibited. Not enough decent food choices and the hours of the restaurants were poor.

Room was very clean. We booked the VIP premium poolside chairs, IMO that is a must especially if traveling with kids. You don't have to be in line to get in to get chairs, they are literally right by the pool, our littles napped right under the umbrella in the shade. Worth the $60 for 2 chairs and umbrella. Pool Deck is clean and the wait staff was always friendly.
Our room was not ready when we got there so they did not charge us for parking which was awesome and super nice of them. The restaurant was very good. We also ordered food poolside.
The traffic can be really bad especially trying to get to the mail road, only one lane and a stoplight that does not seem to stay green very long.
