Location
Very Unclean the room smelled like urine there were splats of brown who knows what on the walls and the girl at the front desk informed me that the continental breakfast was not as advertised but consisted of granola bars , coffee and some times if we were lucky orange juice.

We checked out 2 days early, there were cigarette burns in the blankets the room was musky. It was a very loud location. The pool was in the middle of the parking lot.

Great location right next to world of foods and old town, 20 mins to Disney world. Beds were comfortable, price was great!
Breakfast was minimal: coffee, juice and granola bars. Would have been nice to have some extra food items like fruit, yogurt or toast.

Clean located by fun stuff and stores for anything you need! Value was awesome. Short cheap(15$) uber ride to Disney.
Beds a little uncomfortable but not worse than most hotels I’ve been too even nice resorts. My 17 year old son didn’t mind the beds.

Disappointing
It was close to where we were actually going,
Probably the worst part was finding out at check-in that, even though the rook was paid for, there would be an additional $100 "deposit" charged. The check-in person said it would be credited back at check-out, but the check-out person said it could take up to three days. We took pictures of the room before we left to prove it was in good order. Basically this seemed to be an excuse for over-charging. That alone is enough that we won't use this hotel again.
The room had no facial tissues (Kleenex).
The "breakfast area" had regular coffee, but the decaf wasn't used (made), which is irritating for people who should avoid caffeine.

On the web site it said 50 dollar deposit if you didn’t use a card with card was no deposit I used my card on the web site got to the hotel lady at the hotel said it’s a 100 dollar deposit I told her what the website said she was very rude and no we haven’t done that in 2 years so I could either give them cash for the deposit or off my card in the site it also said my card would be charged I could pay at the property but it was charged the same day I booked it

We've stayed at this motel several times since 2010 and have always had positive experiences and fond memories. Unfortunately, this time was different… My wife and I wanted to spend a nice day in Old Town with our granddaughter, so we booked a room at "our Super 8." I am disabled and have a trained and ADA-certified service dog, and because of my disability, I need a room downstairs since I can't walk far, which I informed the motel beforehand. When we arrived, there was an unfriendly man at reception who immediately asked for a certificate for my service dog, which isn't a problem, but I don't think it's right. Then, even though he knew I had a mobility impairment, he gave us a room where I would have to park my car far away. I explained that I couldn't walk that far, and after that, I was given a room that was more easily accessible from the disabled parking area, the same room category, and had to pay $5 more for it! He also demanded an additional $100 deposit. (Paid by credit card) The room around the white sink was covered in tiny beetles, as was the black TV stand next to the refrigerator, but we had insect spray in the car. During the night, we were all woken up several times because it was so loud that even my normally very quiet dog barked. The whole motel felt more like a workers' hostel. The next morning brought another disappointment: the advertised "Good Breakfast" wasn't available, just coffee in thermos flasks and nut bars. The only positive experience at this motel was a young woman, Ms. Bianca, who was at reception that morning. She was a really nice and competent young woman who was understanding and apologized for the incorrect information and her colleague.

Loved the location. Within walking distance of the World of Food Trucks & Old Town. Front desk person was really nice, rooms were clean, property was well maintained, and loved that they had a lot of surveillance everywhere, considering its a high traffic area.
The door to our room was a little difficult. We had to slam the door shut in order for it to properly latch
