Location and room facing the pool
We drove for 3 hours to get to the hotel and we had to wait another 3 hours in the car due to the absurd strict check in policy at 3:00pm, the staff in the recepcion did not care to ask if there was any available room to check us in early.
Breakfast is horrible, with very limited options and very light coffee

Horrible place. The room smelled so bad when we checked in, there were bugs all over the bed and in the counters, we barely had toiletries. The pool is extremely tiny, I dont know what they did with the picture in their page but it is not like that. Homeless people walking around the doors all the time and knocking, trash at the door and theres no such thing as pool view (I even upgraded my room for nothing). Honestly we know its cheap but please do yourself a favor and choose any other place. I even had to wait to check in because no one was there when we arrived (4pm). On top of all that, please be careful with your credit card as well since they charged me for sheets 5 days after checking out even though all of them were in good conditions. I called to ask for refund but they say they dont wash the sheets if they look with blood. It was a pink mark!!! More than washable!! $50 for damage without any reason is the biggest red flag in a hotel, especially like super8. They gave me the money back and after 5 days they decide to charge me back?? Ive been traveling around for 3 years and this is the worst place I ever stayed.

AC was cold. The beds were firm. The water was hot.
The staff weren't necessarily welcoming. Maybe indifferent would be a good term. I don't have any specific complaints. I just felt like when I made requests like towels or quarters for the dryer, that I was troubling them.

Hard to say , maybe we got there 40 mins before checkin , and was a fee to get to the room , its a growing trend . We went to eat and came back

The water was dripping from the sink when we used it. When we used the towel to wipe then they charged us for dirty towels. The bathroom doors were not locking. The complimentary breakfast is just for namesake. The reception staff was very rude. They added some additional cost for extra garbage too even though all the garbage was in their small dustbins

I paid 266.00 for two nights and went to the office for one more day the charge me 235.00 for one day and another 100.00 for deposit so they have 200 of my deposit and only gave me 100 back of my deposit that's a damn shame never again.
