The location is great, and the villas are nice, modern and ample. The pool is very nice too.
It was very poorly stocked. We didn't have a towel for each of the 5 adults we were staying. There was only one little soap in each bathroom and didn't provide any linens for the sofa bed. Not all the pillows had pillow cases. It really had the bare minimum. The floor felt sticky and the sofa had a lot of stains.

My family and I have visited Summerville several times because we’ve always had a great experience. However, this time it was very different! From the time we opened the door it smelled like a pet was there and there were stains on the sofa in the family room area! There was stuffing from some sort of stuffed animal under the bed in the master bedroom upstairs! I has to clean that bathroom because there was hair left in the shower and garbage behind the can on the floor!!

Checking in was a nightmare. Trying to speak with rep was extremely frustrating. Using the docusign was annoying, difficult and intrusive. Columbia Mgt has no customer service support on site or easily available.

Everything went well. The rooms were a good size and every room had its own bathroom so we didn’t have to wait for a bathroom. We didn’t see any type of bugs anywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal but we mostly ate out. We would stay there again.

I love the whole entire apartment! It was beautiful and roomy for 7 people. When I come back to Florida, I will stay there again.
The price was a little high but it's worth it.

location
Some of the Bed comforters were dingy. Not enough towels were provided and when I asked for more, I was asked in return how many I needed only to never receive them. Trash isn’t picked up like it should be which causes a mess. I also didn’t like that the morning of my leave, staff (a man and an angry woman) were parked outside in a black suv pointing and watching us as we packed up to leave in a very unprofessional and rude manner. This made my family very uncomfortable.
